Maeen Network Identity Federation is a service offered by the Saudi Research and Innovation Network (Maeen Network) that provides access for users, whom their institute’s IdP are interconnected with Maeen Network Identity Federation, to access global research and education services and publications using their existing credentials.
This is facilitated through eduGAIN (a global interfederation system for research and education) whom Maeen Network Identity Federation is part of.
Institutes, whom are interconnected with Maeen Network Identity Federation, can also provide services for interfederation users from all over the world. Creating a worldwide marketplace for the research and education community.
